1) Does 60% RAM Utilization for ESXi Host is high ?
2) Would there be any problem if we add more RAM to the new server ? This is because my supervisor will not consider replacing the remaining two servers in the future AND I would like to boost the RAM presented to the cluster.
3) If we need to get the server CPU - Same core and frequency, I think it will be a good idea to ask vendor to give us suggestion on which model they think fits our situation.

I was able to add / update / remove Metadata from the various objects but I am struggling to understand how to set Metadata User Access Rights like you can do from the UI: Read/Write, Read only, Hidden.
Has anyone any idea?

In our View environment we are experiencing exactly the same symptoms. All VDI clients are located in a remote location. Examining the pcoip_server_... log files shows loss packets also. However checking the WAN connection doesn't show any extra latency, dropped packets, etc.. -> i think this means only pcoip tunnels are dropping packets when the issue occurs.
I wonder whether you have found the reason for that in your environment?

Update:
Luckily, one of my controllers was still in a good "joined status". I eventually fixed my problem by deleting my other two controllers and redeploying them. I noticed that when deploying a controller to one or two hosts, it continued to show that I did not have a cluster to join to. So I redeployed the two other controllers to a single ESXi host that wasn't giving the error. My problem is now fixed and my controllers are all showing "connected".
Worth mentioning, the original controllers that were showing as disconnected, after troubleshooting I noticed that upon virtual appliance reboot (controllers), an error message was showing [host SMBus controller not enabled] during the boot up process of the controller virtual appliances. After issuing the [show status] command, I could see that the system partitions (mount points) were not present. After redeploying the controllers a second time, everything seemed to be working.
*****to clarify, I redeployed the clusters 3 times. My original problem was that upon powering on the NSX infrastructure, the controllers for some reason ran out of disk space and couldn't properly start up. After rebuilding the controllers, I ran into issues with the host SMBus controllers not loading, which lead the virtual disks to not be loaded (hence the mount points not showing up...since the VM couldn't connect to them). After a 2nd reploy, I ran into the "no cluster to join" error, which was resolved with redeploying the controllers on a known good host. Now that my controllers are all deployed and synchronized with each other, I'm able to vMotion the controllers across all the hosts.

Just to clarify: I do not run ESXi 6, yet.
I always download the drivers for my server directly from HP support pages for the DL380e Gen8.
Just checked and latest driver for vSphere 6 is 5.5.0-92OEM.550.0.0.1331820.x86_64.vib, so there is nothing for 6.0.0, yet. It's the latest -92 driver for 5.5.0.
Guess the -92 driver is somehow modified to be installed on ESXi 6.
Did you also copy the VIB over to /var/log/vmware - I think on my last driver update this was essential, was not working from any datastore.
You may also try to install 6.0 with all relevant HP drivers included from the HP customized VMWare 6 installation image. See: Download VMware vSphere
Trial versions are offered to try your hand on the product and features, its not the right way to re install and use again for 60 days.
I would suggest please plan your exam date and then deploy the vSphere lab.
You should be able to download trial version of vCenter too.

Yeah, I tried it from my PC and a virtual machine on the host. Both are able to ping the host but can't discover it in MSM.
