So even a sudden power failure or network failure, VMware will be able to startup the server (ignore the 1s thingy for the moment) back to the last state before the vSphere hardware failure?
As for the SAN, the customer preferred EMC. The storage should be less than 1.5TB and the IOPS requirement is still unknown. I was wondering even if EMC have such a technology, can VMware understand that the primary node has failed and instead point all the VM pointer to the vmdk file in the second storage?
