Guest sees host on network, but the host does not see the guest

Hello All,

I am running Windows 7 Pro as a host and have XP as a guest.  I set up a new virtual network (like I saw in another post here) and made sure that both host & guest are getting the correct IPs.

The guest can ping the host, but the host can not ping the guest.  I even moved the new VM adapter above the other ones on the host and that still did nothing.

Any thoughts?
