Well, yes. That is the case, and I do appreciate the response … thank you.
However, it does not address the issue, for some reason. 
In adjusting the slider, as suggested in the write-up, to 4GB, and then to 8GB, I still receive the error message. Additionally, the slider for RAM setting was adjusted to 512 MB to 1024 MB, with no benefit. The error message repeats that the machine does not have sufficient free space; it requires a minimum of 200 MB, which I have more than sufficiently allocated.
Therefore, the proposed process of correction does not appear to work.
Is there an alternative solution of which you might be aware?
