License Question on Essentials Bundle

I see the "Essentials bundle" allows me to control up to 3 ESXi hosts, but does that mean I can install 3 separate instances of vCenter Server or am I limited to one? I intend to run SRM and will need 2 vCenter Server installs to do this. If the essentials bundle isn't good, what do I need?
