Hello forum,
I have recently purchased the Acronis VMprotect 6 software, in order to backup my VM's in ESXi 4.1 and am running into some problems!..
When trying to install the "Virtual Appliance" the installation halts and shows me the following error:

The logfile contains the following information and states that the specified server is not "VMware vCenter" which is correct because it is Esxi.
However, in the usermanual is stated that it is supported for Esxi 4.1.
The specified server is not VMware vCenter.

The strangest thing about this however, is that during the installaton, you cannot specify what kind of OS is running on the host.
Like it allready assumes that you are using vCenter? Does any have a clue about this?
