Win2k8 R2 x64 and BGInfo

Aloha,

I am having a minor problem deploying a Win2k8 R2 x64 VM from a template. BGInfo 4.16 is being used. Once the new VM finally comes to rest after its final reboot, BGInfo shows as smeared like the information was overwritten. If I change the desktop to a solid color background and rerun BGInfo all looks fine. While not a major issue, it's still a humbug.

Also, we don't use AD. As I understand the SID is only an issue if using AD. If this is the case, what would prevent me from cloning a "template" VM over and over and changing the product key???
