However, other than deploy issue (which I have corrected now), svmotion and vmotion are failing, which were completing successfully earlier.
I am not able to understand the reasons from wrf files.

In the latest run, it is showing 4 compliance issues. Can you please help me understand why?
Earlier it was not showing any compliance issue for mailserver.
For deploy operation, vmware tools are installed but in deploy0.wrf it showing not installed.

Can you please advice, how much score should I expect with single tile. Will the score increase proportionately with no. of tiles?

In my earlier runs, when deploy operation was having compliance issues, there were no compliance issues shown for mailserver runs. See below:

Attached the logs of latest run from another prime client system.
Please ignore the error in clustervmapping.txt. I can't power off those machines as of now.
STAX logs are now present in the results and OlioWeb seems to be working, please confirm.
I am still not sure why mailserver is still giving an issue.

I am also surprised, it started occurring after all the VMs were turned off and then manually started, due to the power issue with ESXi server.
It is also giving same issue for Olioweb0 and ds2webC0 VMs.

I have tried all the things you have suggested but still no luck. In fact now I am seeing similar error for 5 VMs, earlier it was for 3 VMs only.
I re-installed all the 3 problematic VMs, but still it is giving the same error.

For debugging mailserver issue, I ran the initialization on load generator and it completed successfully. So, I am not able to find what could be the issue here.

Since you used the RunAsync switch, the svMotion will run in the background.
The Move-VM cmdlet will come back immediately.
You can use the Get-Task cmdlet to see what the status of these background tasks is.
Or you can follow in the vSpher client or Web client.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the latest release (5.5.0 Build 1892794, VMware tools version 9.4.6 build-1770165) does not fix the problem as the KB article you mentioned suggest. It seems to be an issue with the VMware tools as the servers we have running version 9.0.5, build-1065307 don't have the problem even running on the new esxi version. Suspiciously the KB article I mentioned is now gone... Really Wishing we hadn't purchased the vShield product as it has been nothing but trouble.
If anyone else has heard of the custom fix and had some success with it I would be more than grateful for comments or any solutions.

We have 2 Windows 2008 servers - hostnames are server1 and server2. Both have the VCM (SCM) agent installed and can successfully communicate with the VCM server.
Our users want to use a BCP client called NeverFail to provide proper redundancy to the 2 servers. The way NeverFail works (in a nutshell) is it creates a heartbeat between the current primary server and the secondary. So, when installed and working - server1 has a hostname of server1 and server2 has a hostname of server1. Server2 becomes unavailable to the rest of the network, only addressable through the primary server (Server1). When a change is made to server1 the same change is applied to server2 through the NeverFail heartbeat connection. With the Neverfail software installed/working, server2 does not communicate back to the VCM server. VCM can not monitor the changes on server2. It can on server1, just not on server2.
So we have tried to add a second IP to each server and attempt to communicate to it through those IPs, however we still fail with server2. I suspect it is because the hostname on server2 has become server1 and identifies itself as server1 regardless of the IP used to communicate with the server. With this scenario, the machine names do not match the domain names. Help!
Any suggestions? Anybody else run use this NeverFail product with VMC?
